Delivery
* Once your order has been placed, we aim to produce your items and dispatch them within 2-4 business days, although this may increase slightly for larger orders and during our busy periods. You will be given an estimated delivery date during checkout once the delivery charges have been calculated. Delivery charges are calculated once your address details have been added at checkout.

For customised and personalised items, this timing will apply once you have signed off on your artwork, or we have confirmed that your supplied artwork is ready for printing.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking information from our delivery partners. On the day of your delivery, you should receive another email or text message with a time slot during which your items will be delivered.
Please note: While we can give you a rough idea of when your items will be delivered, we cannot guarantee that your order will not be delayed once dispatched with our courier. Therefore, we would not recommend booking photo shoots based on these estimates.
